Project Summary: LCN Liberia Hub

The Liberia Connect Network (LCN) Liberia Hub serves as the local extension of the Liberia Connect Network Foundation — a community dedicated to empowering individuals, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable development across Liberia. The Hub provides mentorship, technology access, career advancement opportunities, agricultural initiatives, and practical training programs that equip Liberian's with the skills and resources needed to thrive in today’s global economy.

Challenges

Liberia continues to face persistent challenges that hinder social and economic growth. High youth unemployment, limited access to quality education and technology, underdeveloped infrastructure, and restricted agricultural productivity remain key barriers. Many talented Liberian's lack mentorship, career guidance, and exposure to global networks, resulting in untapped potential and a widening opportunity gap—especially among youth and women.

LCN Hub’s Response

The LCN Liberia Hub was established to address these challenges through innovative, community-centered programs that promote empowerment, sustainability, and transformation. By creating spaces for learning, connection, and collaboration, LCN Liberia is bridging the gap between local talent and global opportunity.

Mentorship: Pairing youth and professionals with experienced mentors to guide career growth, entrepreneurship, and leadership development.
